Build Beauty

It is never too late to enhance your lifestyle, and it all starts with the place you live in. The following ideas will help you transform your home into something incredible:

  • Stairway of books

Build a cute stairway bookshelf where all your favorite books can rest peacefully. The space under the stairs is usually empty, and can be used for better purposes to enhance the look of your living room.

  • Doorway to Narnia

Have you read Chronicles of Narnia? How does a closet door that opens to a different room sound to you? Separate your study with a closet door or a bookshelf to keep it hidden from unwanted guests, and to give it a spooky, mysterious feel.

  • Sleep with the stars

Replace your old, boring ceiling with a star-gazing roof to sleep with the stars every night. Invest in automatic roofs to open/close it as per your desire and install some creative lighting to add to the romantic feel of your room.

  • The Lesson from Harry Potter

You obviously love the whole series of Harry Potter, right? What have you learnt from the first book, other than to expect a letter from Hogwarts? The best idea that Harry Potter offers the world is to use the space under the stairs cleverly. Remember the room where Harry used to sleep? You can build one too. Not a dark, saddening room, but where your kids or pets can play and have fun.

  • The cloud of cushions

If you haven’t turned your attic into a pool of cushions with a dreamy wallpaper on all walls, then you are missing out on a lot, my friend. Pillow fights and movie nights are just two exciting uses for that cloud of cushions; you can imagine more and enjoy!

  • The Treehouse

If you don’t have the right tree to build a treehouse, then why not contrive it? Experts can build a tree out of concrete or wood, a house on it and give it a perfect look your backyard needs. Enjoy dinner parties with friends or weekends with your kids in the stunning treehouse.

  • Fly in the air

If the ceiling of your house is pretty damn high, then why not add a hammock between the two floors. Sounds cool already, right? You can jump in thin air from the first floor of your house, and experience the thrill of skydiving right inside your house.

  • The S-bathroom seat

Do you still sit on a stool in your bathroom? Are you still bathing like the 1990s? Why haven’t you installed an S-shaped seat to lie down in an extremely comfortable posture and enjoy your bath? Haven’t thought of it yet? Think now!

  • Walk-in shower

Tired of cleaning the shower screen? Why not install a walk-in shower just like the walk-in closet you have in your bedroom? Replace the glass with a beautifully designed tiles’ wall, and bath gloriously.

  • Floor cupboards

You must’ve heard about box beds, haven’t you? What about floor cupboards? Why have you wasted the space beneath your floor, when you can build boxes to store your stuff. It is not just a clever idea, but an inexpensive one too.

  • Built-in wine rack

Your kitchen wall or counter can be utilised for better uses than just a block of wood. You can add a rustic touch along with a few compartments for your special wines to rest quietly. Beautify it by adding soothing lights and a rack of wine glasses on the sides, to make sure you are always ready to enjoy a glass of your excellent wine.

  • Bunk-bed-play

Your kids surely love the bunk beds that you have installed in their rooms for night-overs, but what if you transform them into something unbelievable? Recreate their rooms to not only have bunk beds at the top, but a play area at the bottom to amplify the fun they can have with their friends.

  • Two-sided fireplace

Are you fascinated with fire? Do you just love sitting by your fireplace? Why not spend more time doing what you love? You can have a two-sided fireplace, one facing the room and the other facing your bathroom. Brilliant idea? Now you can enjoy your fireplace while bathing as well.

Keep It Real

cozy living room

There is no end to creativity, and no budget for desires, so work up your game and transform your home carefully! Just keep this in mind: you will come to your home every day after a long, tiring day, stressed and frustrated, at times, and the only peaceful moments that you will have will be in this place.

Make it appealing, create it glamorously, keep it clean, make it beautifully incredible!
